Elen Gasparyan is the co-founder and Executive Creative Director of Davel Creative Agency. She started the agency with Davit Gasparyan in Armenia in 2017 and brought it to Los Angeles in 2022, and she has led more than 700 branding and marketing projects in healthcare, technology, finance, construction, beauty, aviation and the nonprofit sector. Her work has won three MUSE Creative Awards Gold and two International Design Awards, and she judges the Webby, Anthem, The Drum and Digiday awards.
